End of Season Events

Our season is rapidly drawing to a close and what a great season it has been. We started with the Premier officially opening the 2018-2019 season on our beach, and we finished with a great patrolling record, a number of new bronzies, and medals won at branch, state and Aussies.

The beach will officially close on Sunday, 28 April 2019 with the flags coming down at 5pm.

Even though our season is finishing, there are a number of things happening, and you are invited to take part.

Thursday, 25 April โ€“ ANZAC Commemoration Ceremony at 11:00am, Manly War Memorial – North Steyne Nippers will participate in the ANZAC Day march immediately before the ceremony (route Darley Street to the Corso).

Friday, 26 April โ€“ End of Month Drinks from 630pm, Club Room.

Sunday, 28 April โ€“ Patrol lunch from 1230pm, Club Room โ€“ all patrolling members are invited to enjoy our end of season lunch.

Friday, 10 May โ€“ Annual Presentation Night at the Balgowlah RSL from 630pm. For catering purposes, please register your attendance through Trybooking here.
As usual, there are plenty of people to be recognised for their contribution and hard work across all parts of the Club. From patrols, to assessors and trainers, to competitors and those who just keep things working, North Steyne doesnโ€™t work without the contribution of many.

Come celebrate a great season, recognise a job well done and enjoy being part of the North Steyne team.
