You are invited to attend the North Steyne SLSC Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, 26th July 2026, commencing at 11:00 am in the Club Hall.
The following AGM documents are available for download:
- Notice of Meeting and Agenda for the AGM;
- Minutes of the AGM held 20th July 2025;
- Nomination Forms for Board positions and panels 2026-2027;
- Explanatory Memorandum for the adoption of a new Constitution;
- North Steyne SLSC new Constitution draft dated 5 July 2026.
Nomination Forms are also available by contacting Tara McKnight, Administration Manager, on [email protected], or via phone on 9977-6180 to arrange a time to pick them up at the Club during office hours.
Nomination Forms must be submitted by 11:00 am on Sunday, 19th July 2026, to the Club’s office or sent electronically to the Secretary on [email protected].
Please note that director positions remain per the current constitution, and so nominations for positions are the same as previous years.
If you cannot attend the AGM at North Steyne, you may attend electronically via a virtual link. You must register in advance to receive this link in order to help us manage voting and attendance. Please contact Tara McKnight on [email protected] to register for virtual attendance.
