North Steyne SLSC, Leos Club of Manly, our families and friends once again volunteered to be Course Mashals and mange the finish line with the Northern Beaches Council Event Staff. This year set another record with 10100 runners undertaking the 10km and 7km courses and raising over $100,000 for there chosen charities.
We provided 68 volunteers to ensure the event ran smoothly, runners had water and any first aid required was provided promptly by St John’s and the Ambulance Service.
Northern Beaches Council provide a donation for each volunteer with our Club to receive just over $4,000.
