🏋️‍♂️ Become a Gym Captain at North Steyne SLSC! 🏋️‍♀️

We are very excited to be announcing the opening of our new North Steyne SLSC gym very soon! 🤸

To keep it in top shape, we're on the hunt for 12 Gym Captains—one for each month of the year.

As a Gym Captain, you'll spend one month ensuring the gym stays tidy and equipment is in order. It’s a light responsibility, requiring just a quick check-in once a week. Plus, training will be provided—no heavy lifting required!

If you’re 15+ and keen to help, register your interest with admin. As a thank you, you’ll receive an exclusive Gym Captain tee. It's a great way to give back and keep our gym in peak condition for all members!

Wonderful to wrap up the Gotcha4life 24 Hour Row o

Wonderful to wrap up the Gotcha4life 24 Hour Row on Sunday with some light refreshments and a visit from Shan Grose, one of our fantastic Life Members.

Shan has been away recently to recover from some surgery but except for the temporary leaning-stick, is back on his feet and looking forward to enjoying the upcoming season.

Great work everyone who contributed to the 24 Hour Row, and special thanks to our Club Secretary, Dan Hillier, for coordinating.
