VENUE CAPACITY -Hall capacity of 65 pax, including the outdoor area. -Club room (Members only) 45 pax, including the outdoor areas.

Venue hire is NOT available: -During SLS Season – Sundays from 6am – 5pm between 1 September and 25 April. -On Public Holidays. -Between 11pm and 6am on any day of the year. -The last Friday of every month from 6pm onwards -Monday and Wednesday evenings after 6pm -For serving alcohol outside the hours of 10am and 10.30pm. -For birthday celebrations 17-25yrs, School Formals and New Years Eve functions. -For any event where alcohol is served without a suitably qualified RSA being present to serve alcohol.

IMPORTANT NOTES: -The capacity of our Hall is 65 pax, including the outdoor area. -The capacity of the Club Room is 45 pax, including the outdoor areas. -Evening hirers are required to end any activity by 10:30pm, including service of alcohol, and be off premise promptly by 11:00pm. -Hirers are expected to clean and pack up and leave promptly at the end of hire time. -All hirers are required to complete a booking form, read the Terms and Conditions, and sign a Hire Agreement. -All bookings must be made through the Office Administrator [email protected]. -Where hirers intend to serve alcohol, qualified RSA personnel must be present and copies of certification made available to the Club. -North Steyne reserves the right to refuse venue hire to any person, group, or event. -North Steyne reserves the right to add a Cleaning Fee to casual or regular hirers if warranted by the nature of the activities / event. -North Steyne reserves the right to change hire fees and/or conditions from time to time, with notice to all existing bookings. -Security is the responsibility of the hirer. Bar staff will not act as crowd control or provide security services. -All payment must be received once the booking has been confirmed. Failure to pay might result in the cancellation of the event.

Venue hire is available for: -Weddings, engagements, ceremonies and celebrations. -Cocktail events. -Corporate functions or events. -Business meetings. -Charity, sporting or community organisations. -Self-catered or professionally catered events. -Health & fitness classes. Clubroom and Bar is only available to North Steyne Members.

Food -Functions are self-catered; we recommended use of our preferred Caterers. Alcohol -BYO; RSA qualified person(s) must be on site for entire event and RSA license(s) to be sighted before booking confirmed. -Club can provide endorsed RSA staff at an extra cost. -Strictly No Alcohol at Children or Teen Parties. -Club Bar use (Members only); enquiries welcome. Entertainment -All entertainment, audio &/or visual and any other equipment is the responsibility of the hirer and approved by the club prior to function.
