The 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘆𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝗺 is on Sunday 13th October 🥳🥳🥳⁠⁠This ocean swim has two different swim distances on offer, a 1km ocean swim and a 2.8km ocean swim.⁠⁠This is must-do on the ocean swim calendar for its magnificent underwater scenery and marine life. ⁠⁠Starting at North Steyne Surf Club you’ll journey into Cabbage Tree Bay Marine Reserve which is home to over 160 species of fish! ⁠⁠The 𝟭𝗸𝗺 ocean swim is the perfect ocean swim if you’re not quite up to the 2.8km distance just yet. This 1km ocean swim course heads out through the surf for 50m before turning left and heading north. ⁠⁠The 𝟮.𝟴𝗸𝗺 ocean swim starts out in front of North Steyne SLSC, heads out through the surf and takes a sharp right turn south.
