In 2021, Surf Life Saving NSW will run its first Lifesaving Development Camp for surf lifesavers aged 16-21 years. This is a live-in program scheduled for April this year, it will focus on developing and enhancing the knowledge and skills of young people, while at the same time preparing them to take on more responsibility in their patrol teams, their own clubs, and the wider community.
