All JLOTY’s had to submit a detailed proposal for an initiative within surf life saving, attend workshops and interviews – a rigorous process! Emilie’s concept was around supporting the mental health of lifesavers who attend traumatic incidents. Oskar’s proposal was to implement a buddy system on patrol for SRCs. Both incredible efforts.
