Thanks to everyone who contributed to our fund raising efforts on the week-end. We have collected over $5000 and we are still going!

North Steyne Surf Lifesaving Club has a proud tradition of 111 years volunteering, serving the local community and visitors to the beach at North Steyne, with no lives lost during volunteer patrol hours on our Beach. In addition, we regularly support various community and charities groups in the area. Our members and their families have always rallied have always rallied when needed raising funds for the Bushfire and Flood Appeals nationally.

Rural Aid Ltd have launched their Buy a Bale program to deliver feed to the farmers in severe stress. Surf Lifesaving NSW has put the challenge out to the Surf Clubs to help raise the funds to β€œbuy the whole truck of feed” and show our support. North Steyne SLSC hosted a BBQ with all proceeds from the BBQ and any donations received going towards the ambitious target of $9,500.

Our good friends at Channel 9 have invited Ninja Warrior contestants, Josh – the Mowgli Ninja and Jeff – the Enforcer Ninja to be there on the day.

If you couldn’t make it, donations can be made through the Everyday Hero fundraising page https://help-buy-a-truck-load.everydayhero.com/au/north-steyne-slsc
