The Ripper Nipper End of Season Presentation was held at Balgowlah RSL on Friday 13th May. It was a great turnout to recognise each and every member of the North Steyne Ripper Nipper family. Congratulations to all the children who received their star trophies – you are all shining Gold Stars!!!
Special thanks to the water safety helpers, to Trainers Jo and Jodie, and to all the parents/carers who assist each week.
Thank you to David Cowell, Ripper Nipper Facilitator for his continued efforts in organising and running this program. It is always a Sunday full of smiles after the Rippers hit the sand with Dave ‘the Shark’ Cowell.
A huge thank you must also go to Zali Steggall, OAM Federal Member for Warringah, who joined in, speaking to her love of sport and recognising how important this Inclusive Beaches Program is. Inspirational for all our Rippers and members alike! Brilliant!
